What are the lists?

The Seagulls mailing list(s) are for Brighton and Hove Albion fans from around the globe. Here you will find a host of lively discussions, match reports, a fantasy league and ticket availablility. Over the years the list has gathered many regulars, often we arrange meet ups prior to games where we can put faces to names, in a way we are our own small community of fans on the web (an ever growing one!)

What is Standard and Digest?

You can recieve the list in two forms. Standard form means you will receive messages one by one as they are sent. So everytime you check your email box you may find one or two messages or twenty! The list can get quite lively especially on match days.

The digest is a condensed form of the list, sent to you once at the end of each day. This means you will only receive one email, but within that email you will see the text from all the messages sent that day. Overall the digest means you will download less as opposed to downloading in the Standard form.

How do I send email to the list?

Sending email is easy. Once you have subscribed to either Seagulls of SFL, you can use the following addresses to post emails to.

For SFL :- sfl@seagulls.org.uk

For Seagulls :- seagulls@seagulls.org.uk

Can I subscribe more than one address so that I can send on multiple addresses but receive only on one?

Yes you can. I suggest subscribing you main email address (the one you want to send and receive on) first. Then email claire@seagulls.org.uk with a request to add your other addresses to the "silent posters" list. This means you can then post to the list from multiple addresses
